I'm Marius, 25 years old and born in beautiful Hamburg and have lived here all my life, with small interruptions. I'm crazy Crazy? Maybe not crazy, but passionate about good food. Almost two years ago I successfully completed my bachelor's degree in sport economics. Then I went on a great journey. Different cultures, people, places and dishes have inspired and shaped me for my life. I have just completed my surf teacher training in Bali, am now studying a master’s degree in Hamburg and I am learning more every day.

My mission is to share the fascination and passion for good food and to get people excited about fermentation. For me it all started with a small culture in an amber colored liquid. Then an exciting journey started to begin that will continue to this day and far into the future. I am convinced of that. Fermenting, experimenting, be curious and creative! Having the courage to try it out, that's what it's all about.
